The cottage is to be used as a private holiday residence for the occupation only of the persons specified in the booking.

The period of hire is from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

You, the hirer of the accommodation, agree :

to notify the owner of the property of any breakage or damage prior to departure and to leave the cottage in a clean and tidy state on departure.

Your car and possessions are left on the property at your own risk.

Pets should not be left unattended in the cottage or allowed onto any furniture.

The owners may cancel your holiday booking if the becomes unsuitable for occupation due to circumstances beyond their control. A full refund would be made of all sums paid but the owners would have no further liability to you.

A 20% deposit should be made at the time of booking. The balance is payable 4 weeks before the commencement of the period of hire.

If you cancel your reservation more than 4 weeks before the starting date of your holiday booking, your deposit will be returned.

If you cancel within 4 weeks of the start date of your holiday, you will be liable to pay for your booking, unless the cottage is relet. If the cottage is fully relet then your deposit will be returned in full plus any other sum paid.
