The stable door entrance to the cottage opens onto a small hallway and leads into the kitchen/diner which is fully equipped with cooker, microwave oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Off the kitchen is a large, old-fashioned pantry with a stone floor and a utility room with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The living room has an attractive log burning effect stove, television, VCR and DVD players, plenty of lamps and comfortable seating.

The courtyard garden has a table and chairs for al-fresco dining, sun loungers and a BBQ. There is a also a rotary dryer. Guests are welcome to use the large area of grass at the front of the farmhouse for games or sitting out. Walkers and dog owners have immediate access to the land surrounding the farm for great walks.

The staircase, which has a handrail leads to two comfortable bedrooms one double, one twin. An additional fold-away bed can be placed in either bedroom. Electric blankets, spare pillows and blankets are all readily available. A travel cot for an infant is available upon request.

There is also a spacious bathroom.

There is central heating along with electric heaters in the cottage.
